I am running SAM 6.9.1 and am trying to use Appinsight for active directory. Since these are domain controllers we have to use the SolarWinds agent instead of WMI for monitoring. Because of security we don't allow domain admin service accounts. I got the agent installed and added the appinsight template to a domain controller, but it has been days and it is still stuck on the initial pull. Has anyone else had this problem? I put a ticket into SolarWinds and sent them the logs. So far they haven't found a solution that works. Please let me know if anyone has found a solution to this problem.
