SolarWinds TFTP Server v10.8.1.19

Where can I find a copy of SolarWinds TFTP Server v10.8.1.19? I'm looking for that exact version and I can't seem to find it. It's a SolarWinds Free tool from my understanding.
It's because that version is the approved software version for this project I'm working on at work so I can't change it unfortunately. I have version SolarWinds TFTP Server Version 10.9.0.25 on a CD but I cant use that version as it is not approved which I found out about late yesterday..
