Samanage only for Internal users?

can someone confirm if you can have external users on Samanage Service Desk?

Or do they all have to be on the same network?

Thank you for your query!
The SolarWinds Service Desk (Previously called Samanage Service Desk), can be configured to support internal and/or external users.

Users can be imported/linked to the SolarWinds Service Desk in various ways. Including: CSV imports, IDaaS connectors, ADFS, SAML, API Scripting or manual creation by the administrator or by the end user themself.

Can you let us know is there any POC reference for integration of SW NPM & SAM with SW Service Desk. Can we integrate it for auto ticketing. Please suggest.
