Will there be integration between SAM And NPM into SD?  Will I be able to open tickets from Orion alerts?

Part of the current integration portfolio is the SolarWinds Orion Platform, which allows you to:

  • Automatically create incidents in your service desk when an alert is triggered in Orion.
  • Build automation rules to route alert-based incidents to the proper support teams for quicker awareness and resolutions.
  • Receive alert-based triggers from all Orion products, including:
    • Network Performance Monitor
    • Server & Application Monitor
    • Netflow Traffic Analyzer
