Add a column in the view for how submitted (email or through portal) RESOLVED

Would be nice to have a field to know if they ticket came from an email or portal.  Can figure out if needed in the audit area but sometimes it is nice to have a quick look.  Might explain why details might be missing or just for communications with the user.

You can already do this, the field title is "Incident Origin"
