When opening the initial window in Solar-PuTTY 4.0.0.47 on Windows 10 (1909) the screen appears fine. You can see the bottom line with blinking cursor after logging in. When I open a new session to the same Linux box on a new tab the active line and blinking cursor are well below the bottom of the screen so you cannot see what you type. No amount of CRs makes it visible and no scroll bar on the right. Sometimes flipping over to the Settings and jumping around a bit before going exiting back makes it reset to show the bottom line with cursor after a rapid screen fluttering flash but it is not consistent and not something that should need to be done. NOTE: There is a login banner that is large enough that it makes the screen have to scroll to see that working line on initial login.
