Use SolarWinds agent and SNMP simultaneously

We had tried this when we were using the Linux agent, and although Node settings gave an option of selecting the Agent for polling and entering SNMP credentials as well, it would only do checks with the Agent. It would be nice if we could pick and choose as not all things available with the agent are available via SNMP and vice versa

Also, two HUGE issues we had with the agent were:
SSH checks it would flood history with unnecessary commands
It would flood the "last" command with logins
