If you go to your volume details page and look at the Volume Size resource, it shows a graph using GB, but says the size in GiB. The debate could go on forever over which is the "Correct" way to show it, but it should be consistent and/or configurable like Fahrenheit vs Celsius. Below is a screen shot of the in consistency - the graph show well over 130, close to 140, but the 95% at the bottom says 126.
