List Resources (Volumes) Using SWIS API on WMI and Agent Based Nodes

Currently this is one of the only things blocking full automation of node creation within SolarWinds on our platform.

The fact that after creating a node and deploying an agent we have to manually list the resources and select volumes we want to monitor is a great shame. After that we can use the API to populate the custom properties for the volumes to get them alerting.

If this functionality gets baked into the API we would be able to very quickly go from being semi automated to fully automated, saving many hours and allowing us to fully integrate SolarWinds Monitoring into our already automated SNOW and vRO estate.

Currently you can invoke Orion.Nodes.ScheduleListResources and Orion.Nodes.ImportListResourcesResult (as seen at https://github.com/solarwinds/OrionSDK/blob/master/Samples/PowerShell/ImportListResources.ps1) but it does not allow you to pick and choose. It imports whatever was discovered on the device (volumes, interfaces, etc..) no matter the status, and you end up with a red dashboard... The closest thing you can do is to create a discovery job via the SDK for a single device.... You can then pick ports, but you still wont be able to pick volumes. We import all volumes, then run a volume cleanup script... it's messy and not very elegant, but the only approach that does (somewhat) the job...

The entity Orion.NPM.Interfaces has the verb, "DiscoveryInterfacesOnNode."
You're basically looking for something like that, but for volumes?
