Linux: Memory graph showing usable memory as opposed to free memory

Users who do not fully understand buffers, cache memory, etc., will get confused when the look at a server and it shows nearly 100% memory consumption, whereas in Solarwinds it may show 4%

What I am recommending is a stacked bar-chart (on its side) stacking the layers of consumed + OS managed + actual non-used memory.
