Allow More Control Over AppInsight Templates

Please allow for us to individually disable specific components in the AppInsight templates. The all or nothing approach with these is not very helpful. Our AppInsight IIS template has a number of components (worst offender is Worker Process Statistic Monitor) that just generate constant alerts that we do not need to receive. Currently, our only method of disabling this component is to remove the entire AppInsight template which is a really horrible design. These should be customizable to allow for more fine-tuned monitoring as needed in each environment.
