Administration Delegation of some nodes and other nodes will be read-only for user

we need to delegate administration of some nodes to one or more user , also we need he/she/they can see other nodes in monitoring infrastructure in detail.

So Account limitation feature cant help us. It just masquerade nodes from user panel.
