Dear Sir,
We've installed the serv-u latest version15.0.0. and everything runs well on platform Windows 2008 R2 server for last 12 months.
Lately, we noticed that Ser-U management console is freeze at below screen when every time i simply click on "management console"
Please advise how I can solve this problem?

yesterday was released version 15.0.1 
. But back to your problem . Management console uses engine from Internet Explorer by default on windows. There are two things you can try:
1. Delete IE cache and try it
2. If step 1 didn't help: run Serv-U tray application, right click its icon and check "Use system browser". Try to start MC now. It should open in windows default browser.
