Affects both:
File sharing -> Request Files
File sharing -> Send Files
When you tick the check box to have a copy of the email sent to the sender, the receiver gets both emails and the sender does not get a copy.

Peter, Thank you for looking into this.
Since SolorWind's QA was not able to reproduce the issue, I performed a clean install and the issue no longer occurs. I don't know how, but a file or registry entry must have been corrupted with the original install.
