Currently NCM firmware upgrades only support TFTP and SCP (without some hacking).
Serv-U and NCM should support full integration so that If I am running NCM and a multi-server Serv-U architecture, I can push firmware upgrades from a Serv-U FTP (or SFTP or SCP) server chosen via node custom properties or programatic selection.
