Not working Windows Authentication in Active Directory

I'm trying to setup windows authentication in AD as shown here:

http://www.rhinosoft.com/knowledgebase/KBArticle.asp?RefNo=1977

and here:

http://www.rhinosoft.com/knowledgebase/KBArticle.asp?RefNo=1412

and it works, but only if OUs are named in English.

And if the name of the OUs in Russian, it does not work.

How do I solve this problem without renaming OUs into English?
