File Sharing email links bear the Serv-U IP address, not FQDN.

We are testing our first install of a Serv-U MFT server using the HTTPS features.

The server is an AD member server with an AD FQDN of server12.foo.pvt and an internal, private IP address.

There is an external DNS name for the server of filedrop.ourdomain.org using a public IP address.

We are terminating our SSL connections to the server at a proxy (F5 appliance) using the public IP and our valid SSL certs are installed on the F5.

Browsing to the url https://filedrop.ourdomain.org provides an approved SSL browsing experience.

When we send the email to a user telling them they have a file waiting the link is in the form of  https://nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn/?ShareToken=   where nnn... is the outside IP of the server.   That looks dodgy.  Also, when users click the link they get browser SSL warnings because the SSL cert is a wildcard for the *.ourdomain.org domain.

I've configured a virtual host in the test domain for filedro.ourdomain.org but this still generates the IP based mail links.  How do I fix it so that the mail links are https://filedrop.mydomain.org

Thanks in advance,
