FTP VOYAGER CRASHING

i have the latest FTP VOYAGER and in the last few weeks it has started giving me problems. Every time I upload something it does the upload and then crashes so if I need to upload something else I have to start again. I have no I idea why and it is really annoying. Has anyone else come across this or can suggest why and how to stop it happening please?

Do you have any info on the crash? Is there a log file?
Is there any thing in the windows event viewer (like a stack trace or exception code)?

Before we look at the exception, we have a couple hints. You said that voyager worked for a while, and then didn't. That means something changed- something got installed, a file got updated, the date rolled over, etc.
The exception is an access violation a ta weird offset.. That could be anything really. The only info it gives us is that we know it's not a null ref (which would be an obvious bug).
There is another clue- SHLWAPI. This deals with shell access.
Have you installed any shell extensions lately? A shell extension is something the might give you a right click menu on an item in explorer. Or it could be something that changes the way windows explorer works. Did you install anything new like 1-2 weeks before your noticed the symptom?

It could be winzip's shell extension causing this. It could also be Voyager.
Shell extensions have to be rock solid, as they are allowed to run in other programs process space. If there is a bug, it can bring down random processes. Shell extensions can expose bugs in other programs, as well. But, most of the time it's the extension.
If you're able, I'd try disabling or uninstalling the winzip shell extensions. If that option is not available, try uninstalling winzip & see if the crash goes away.

I have had very similar crashes lately.
I have a recent thread going here:
FTP Voyager Crashing
The latest version of Voyager is installed on multiple PCs and they are all getting crashes,16.2.0.328
