We were wondering how others handle the default of 10 MB in the " Constrain individual file sizes to" section of the Request File page in File Sharing. We have
set it to require a maximum, and limited the maximum to a number quite a bit higher than that, but it still defaults to 10 MB on the entry page. If the admin forgets to manually change that to a usable value (after all, e-mail works perfectly fine for sharing files smaller than 10 MB) when creating the file share request they have to start over, typically after the customer's upload fails. This seems crazy, but support tells me that this is not a bug. How do others deal with this?
