Argon2 encryption for PowerShell

Hello. The new encryption of Serv-U 15.2 uses argon2, the algorithm is complex. Is there any code in powershell or program for Windows?

Are there any tips to this question? Or is there a way to bulk load user accounts via the import function that will convert the passwords to the new algorithm?
We have thousands of accounts that have the old password algorithm and the first connection attempt did not actually update the old algorithm to new algorithm. We need to systemically update these accounts or have an easy way to update the DB with the new password. It is not feasible to manually update one account at a time.

Yes this would be useful as I believe it is also required for users who use a database to store the user accounts.
