Cisco IM & Presence v12

Hi everybody,

Has anyone attempted to monitor services on Cisco IM&P servers? I can use SAM to determine the names of the Linux processes, but it's difficult to match the process name to the common name in the server CLI. I don't see any templates on thwack that are specifically for IM and Presence.
