Testing the ServiceDesk application and playing with the inventory/asset section, it sure would be nice to have a barcode scanning feature for the mobile app. How many times does a onsite technician walk by an asset thinking "What is that doing here?" Would be great to just scan the asset tag/barcode if there is one and get instant information on the CI for that asset. If this is a feature already and I'm missing is please point me in the right direction. Also helps on truing up assets, lets say annually, alot faster and less dependent on 3rd party apps
