The SolarWinds Service Desk (Previously called Samanage Service Desk), can be configured to support internal and/or external users.
Users can be imported/linked to the SolarWinds Service Desk in various ways. Including: CSV imports, IDaaS connectors, ADFS, SAML, API Scripting or manual creation by the administrator or by the end user themself.
