Recurring tasks / incidents / tickets?

Is it possible to do recurring tickets / reminders / incidents in ServiceDesk?  I've tried to find this, but am not having much luck.

    You can schedule your Service Catalog Items to fire off a workflow with Tasks, Approvals, Process integrations, etc to run on an interval. To do this you can navigate to the SolarWinds Service Desk > Service Desk > Service Catalog > Hover over the Actions tab > Click the Schedule Service Request calendar button.

    This will allow you to fill in all details of the request and use the date/time picker to schedule these tasks/approval within the Service Catalog Request.
