I am trying to find a published database schema for WebDesk Desk and Network Monitor. Gee I even called support and they said there is no such published document. I have seen several people on here ask the same question and no responses. What I am trying to do is to build a Power BI dashboard to show ticket information on open jobs, response times etc.
Can anyone help please, I get if I spend enough time I can figure it out it just seems this should be available information.

I don't know much about SW products but we use Service Desk and it has an API. If your products have an API, you could potentially connect Power BI using a REST or API connection.
