Custom incident tool integration

Hi All,

We are trying to have an API based solution to update an alert raised for a node/device. Need is to insert the incident id (from an external IT operation system) based on an alert. The operations will be done by using the SWIS API. Trying to understand the low level DB tables/columns like Orion.AlertObjects and Orion.AlertActive. What should be the placholder to update the data (for an alert) to represent incident Id on the UI?

Appreciate the help from the forum.

Note: We cannot use the integrated Service Desk OR the Service Now plug in.
