I created a custom field on the User form called Business Unit and was able to do a mass-update for all my users.
Now that each user has a BU, I want that field to be available on incidents they create. I've added the field to my incidents but the user BU data does not flow down to the incident form in the same way that Site and Department do.
How can I link the user BU to this field on the Incident form so that I can report on items per BU in addition to site and department?
