Support for EMC Unity

My array is stuck at "waiting for first poll." Anyone else have this issue? SRM was able to add the array without issue, but I can't seem to get it to poll the device.

Same problem here. The logs don't seem to give any indication as to the problem either. Opened a support case and have yet to receive a response. Tried to call support and after about 30 minutes of sitting on hold it dropped my call. Trying to call back in. Quite the frustrating experience. From the software bugs to support issues.

I opened a support case as well. Still haven't received a response and it's been over 24 hours. I know support for Unity is new so I'm trying to be patient.

I also added some Nimble devices (also new to SRM 6.6) that are doing the same thing.

chadsikorra​ I worked with support yesterday and we resolved the issue by upgrading our profiler. Here's the summary from the tech:

"To recap, SRM license integration isn't working correctly after the upgrade. We need to upgrade the Profiler server to v6.2.4 and then re-enable the SRM Orion license integration. Once the upgrade is complete, try to enable license integration and let us know how it goes."
