SRM "LUNS" Report Needing which NetApp unit Lun is on

I took the original LUNS report, added 'Capacity Free' but need to add the NetApp the Lun resides on.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do this.

Any ideas?

Have you tried creating a report using the custom table content resource and select that as a column in addition to the other items you need?
