Reporting Storage by Application

I am trying to create a report that will tell me how much storage is allocated to an application, how much is consumed, and what is the run rate. For example one of our content management applications is made up of 75 servers. Rather than seeing storage allocated at the server level I'd like to see how much is presented to all 75.

FWIW we already group our servers by application - CM, FTP, EMAIL, Etc...
