Not able to connect Netapp in SRM after upgrading Netapp

If the Netapp upgrade was also from an older firmware version you will need to upgrade SRM as well. There was in SSL\TLS issues, that was fixed in the past.

You might want to consider upgrading your Orion Installation as well. 6.5 is a rather „older“ version. I believe it relies on platform 2017.3 we are currently on 2020.2
Also check here if the SMI/S Settings on your NetApp might have changed because of the upgrade https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/SRM/Content/srm-add-arrays-to-srm.htm
