I'm new to SolarWinds and am currently trialling the software. The issue I'm having is when I add a new server (Windows) to monitor, the agent install runs ok, it shows up in the profiler Server Monitor page but has no stats (Disk, CPU, MEM, Uptime, etc), they show as N/A instead of a green check mark. The servers poll ok and using Netstat I can see the agent establishes a connection with the server.
The stats for the SolarWinds server show up in the list so the server seems to be gathering the info ok, the issue with additional server agents I add. I select all defaults during the agent install.
Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
