SFTP Server Security issues

After a recent security audit, the following 3 issues have been found with the free SFTP software. Anyone know how to reconfigure the SFTP server to resolve these? Is it just as simple as setting the Allowed protocol to SSH2? If so does anyone know a way to lock it to this option?
