We would find it quite useful if we could tie the SEM product alerts to other systems. In our organization we use PagerDuty, Slack and some other systems for notifications. It would be nice to be able to use their API calls within the SEM system for alerting as well. We find people do not respond to emails as quickly as they do to some of the Instant Message applications.
