Issue:
Administrators can no longer perform backupconfig, archiveconfig, or logbackupconfig through cmc. When entering the username/password for accessing CIFS share, credentials are validated but the backup/archive fails. This is caused by the wrong NTLM version (NTLMSSP) as defined in Solarwinds mount scripts.
Fix:
Contact Solarwinds for updated shell scripts that add NTLM version (NTLMSSPi). This allowed my site to successfully perform backup/archives to NetApp CDOT CIFS share.
