USB attachments not being logged?

I recently realized that USB attachments were not being logged.  I tested my system using a USB external hard drive and the attachment to my system never showed up in nDepth.  Started digging into the logs and it appears that only Windows 7 systems and recently built Windows 10 systems are logging the attachments.  We are currently using 2019.4.  I uninstalled the agent on my system, which was 2019.4; reinstalled it and now the USB attachments are logging.  I have no idea how many of my systems are not logging at all?  I don't know if this was a Windows 10 issue or the SEM upgrades.  Anyone else having this issue?
