SEM has delete all the previous logs.

Hello

SEM has delete all the previous logs.
Before begin deleted, the LOGS/DATA was 90%. Actually it has gone to 3%, and all the previous logs have been deleted.

Can anyone help me?

Going from 90% to 3% isn't good. Did you setup ArchiveConfig?

You may want to create a support case for one of the SEM techs to take a look at what is going on.
