LEM Manager Reports problem

Hi folks,

we are testing LEM and I run into some issues regarding reports.

Most of the reports just run for ages and do not return any result.

The only report that has finished and returned the results is the "Authentication - Failed Authentication".

I've checked the performance counters on LEM vm, and I see when I start report that CPU goes up considerably. So I've waited until it comes back to normal, thinking maybe the report is heavy. But after CPU got down I still had the same situation in LEM Manager Reports, the green bar in bottom left just goes left-right and there's no results.

I've tried searching through thwack regarding this issue but without luck.

Any help will be appreciated

LEM is in trial, version 5.6.0

LEM Reports are Windows version 6.1.7601

This is a known issue with reports 5.6 (see nicole pauls answers on LEM Reports Run Endlessly)

Today we released LEM 5.7, and that should be available through the customer portal and for download as a demo.  Try upgrading your LEM and Reports to the latest version.
