Support variables inside SQL and ODBC User Experience Monitor queries

At this time, the SQL Server User Experience Monitor and the ODBC User Experience Monitor components do not permit variables such as ${NodeID} or ${IP} inside the SQL query. It would be useful to allow these variables and other system variables inside the query body.
