At the moment to see query or script executed by Application Monitor to fetch the data one need Administrator privilege on SAM.
In larger environments monitoring's users are specialists in their fields so can understand those queries, sometimes better than Monitoring System Administrators, but shouldn't have such high privileges on Monitoring System to preserve consistency and best practices of monitoring.
So there should be a role in Monitoring System granting read-only access to the source of the query. Is should be different than regular user, because for example NOC Operators should see table structure of the database as they don't need to know it.
