Currently the ServiceNow Integration creates Incidents, which is fine if companies don't use the ServiceNow Event Management module. However, so many companies DO use ServiceNow Event Management for Alert creation and management and retrofitting Solarwinds to work with Event Management is a daunting task and will never work as well as it does with Incidents.
This feature request to so either give the ServiceNow Integration the ability to create Alerts in ServiceNow Event Manager, or allow Incidents in ServiceNow to synchronize with Alerts in EM.
