SNMP monitor allow characters as OID value

Currently the SNMP Monitor seems to only allow numeric values to return for an OID. Giving a "Can't convert xxxx to numeric type" error if anything other than a number is returned.

We need to report values that contain characters in addition to numbers. SSH allows this, however our history and last (wtmp) logs get spammed by solarwinds so we prefer to use SNMP.
