With the quantity of information we can get from SolarWinds SAM, we have successfully moved off of several spreadsheets and onto our Orion platform. Ideally, we would like a section or resource that could function not unlike these forums, to track server admin comments. This would allow tracking of changes not captured or easily filtered by the audits. The comments log could consist of why the server admin rebooted server, what steps were done to clear alerts, points in time that an application went from dev to production. This information would be invaluable when assessing issues. Admins could now look at the node page and get a quick history of issues and applied fixes.
