Method to round-robin and load-balance polling loads with HA

Whilst SolarWinds High-Availability does certainly assist with this by providing resiliency which is great... there's still a huge void when it comes to load-balancing the polling loads of all the Orion engines. It's either a very manual task as the load increases or requires development of a custom scripted / alert solution. It would be great to have the ability to essentially round-robin a polling configuration for perhaps even more resiliency and better load-balancing efforts natively within the product.

My thoughts on this is that it would be similar to how HA is currently implemented, however compliment the feature set and add that it could be a static pool of engines (possibly greater than 2) that polled devices could be assigned to (Agents - both Server/Agent-Initiated, SNMP and WMI etc.)

Another spin on this which would be a vast improvement is to utilize the secondary in HA pools to load-balance the polling load amongst the pool. With the amount of resources the polling engines require when working hard in multi-module environments... it's a waste allocating these resources to a standby secondary that seldom hits prime-time. Really getting at the active-active vs active-passive.

This is a lot... and I'm sure there's technical mountains to traverse and understand why it's not a feature currently but heck, this is my 2021 Wish-List......
