Asset Inventory include: SSL/TLS protocols that are enabled

Frequently when setting up new SAM monitors I'll need to adjust the SSL/TLS to make appInsight agents work. Having a quick way to find that information would be a massive timesaver.

This could also be an SCM monitor (I actually don't have SCM) or a PowerShell monitor in SAM, but to your point, it wouldn't make a lot of sense to continually poll a setting that should never change until support for newer versions of SSL/TLS is added.
