Allow Application Monitors to be Dependent on Other Application Monitors

The best use case I have for this recommendation is with SolarWinds High Availability (HA). I like to monitor my Orion servers with the Orion SAM templates to verify my Orion servers are functioning properly. The issue with monitoring the Orion servers when in HA is that if the template is applied to both the Active and the Standby servers, whichever server is in Standby will show a status of Down.

It would be great if a method could be implemented where Orion could verify which server is the Active server and monitor only that server with the Orion SAM application monitor, and the Standby server would just show the SAM application monitor in a Not Running state automatically so as not to generate alerts on the standby server.

As it stands now, if I monitor both servers one of my servers always shows the application monitor as down. If I change it to show "Not Running" for the services instead of "Down", then when that application is actually being monitored on the active server I won't get alerts that the application is actually Down.

Long story short, it would be great to have a method to apply at least the SAM templates for the Orion polling engines to ONLY the Active and not the standby server, AND to have that monitor automatically monitor the other server if/when it switches from Standby to Active.
