This script attempts to discover the time skew of a remote Windows server to an accuracy of 1/100th of a second, by running a PowerShell script on the remote server. The NTP server name or IP should be entered in to the Script Arguments in SolarWinds. Execution Mode MUST be set to Remote Host, or you'll just get the poller's time skew. You will need to set up WinRM. If you haven't, then just search here for "Configuring Windows Remote Management" for instructions.
