Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x - Advanced (Added ability to ignore)

This is a modification to Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x (Advanced):

• Ability to ignore entities by entering comma separated values into the script arguments field
  • For machine names or user names, enter only the actual entity name without the DOMAIN\ portion
  • Example: TestServer,TestServer2
• Changed "if"s to "elseif"s where appropriate
• Modified some variable names to more accurately reflect what they hold
  • Example: $messUnknown and $statUnknown instead of $mess7 and $stat7
