can't locate APM view resources

I am trying to edit the APM Component Details view. I see the APM Component Detail Reports resource category, but it has only three resources listed: Component Details, Last 25 Component Events, and Component Statistics.

Where are the other resources (e.g. min/max average response time, CPU Load, etc.) listed on pp. 46-48 of the administrators guide? What category heading are they listed under?
