WMI connectivity

Hi, At times WMI is actually pain, when i run into issues the first place i generally check is that the WMI service on the remote server is Enabled and Running, secondly i would check the remote server has the correct WMI access privileges, on the remove server. If your environment allows it, it might just be easier to download the Solarwinds Agent then point the agent software at your Solarwinds Polling engine. with this method you have better management over ports and only require 17778 for agent initiated coms

or you could just enable SNMP v2 but you lose the encryption at this point
